What it does

Builds a smaller Codex handoff packet by selecting useful evidence verbatim instead of summarizing it.

How you can use it

Borrow this approach when passing work to a new coding assistant session. Start with the next task and the old notes it needs. Keep selected passages exactly as written instead of rewriting them into a summary. Save the full original too: choosing what to leave out can lose a detail you need later.
