How you can use it

You can test how different AI tools handle customer questions. Write a list of sample messages to test. A developer can build this comparison tool to show a written reply alongside scores for whether the note is urgent, needs a person, or involves money.

Your developer will need separate access codes from OpenAI and TypeSafe so the app can contact both services. Remember that this demo only checks those three specific questions and caps your typed inputs at 75 characters.
