What it does

The Director works from a fixed vocabulary of timeline edits rather than generating arbitrary code, keeping requests bounded to operations the editor understands.

How you can use it

A developer can adapt this idea so users control a video timeline with everyday words. The app asks an outside AI service called TypeSafe several questions together to find the right action. This requires a developer key to connect the software.

TypeSafe reads the request and matches it to an edit, like cutting a clip or moving a picture. The AI cannot write new code. It is strictly limited to the exact timeline tools the developer provides.
