What it does

The client supports configurable API keys, base URLs, models, and per-attempt timeouts.

How you can use it

You can use this software in a customer support tool to read incoming messages and pick which department should help, like billing or technical support. A developer sets up questions with a fixed list of choices, and the program returns the chosen answer along with scores showing how likely each answer is.

To try it, your developer must add an early access key from TypeSafe to let the software connect. The tool only decides among fixed outcomes like yes-or-no choices, category lists, or scales from two to ten points, so it cannot write open-ended text replies on its own.
