What it does

Checks changed code against Markdown specifications and reports likely drift in CI or an agent workflow.

How you can use it

Start with one written rule and the code that should follow it. A developer can ask Jev, an outside AI service, a yes-or-no question about that rule. Use its answer to spot a possible mistake, not to prove the code works. Keep tests and a person's review.
