What it does

A Go client for the TypeSafe System One API with optional Langfuse instrumentation.

How you can use it

A developer can take incoming messages from your customer support inbox and pass that text into this tool. The software sends each message to TypeSafe to answer specific questions, such as deciding which department should handle the request, checking for urgency, or scoring customer frustration.

To begin, your programmer includes this code in your project and configures a connection key issued by TypeSafe. Because it depends on an external online service, your application must be prepared for slow network responses, service limits, and potential internet interruptions.
