How you can use it
Start by writing the questions you want answered about incoming notes. You might ask if a note mentions billing. You can check if the customer sounds calm or angry. You can also rate how urgent the issue is.
A developer can connect this tool to your web app. Your app sends those notes to TypeSafe, an online text-scoring service. You will need an access key from TypeSafe. Keep in mind that detailed activity records might show private message text.
