How you can use it
Start by listing the different departments that help your customers, like returns, shipping, or billing. Write down a few real customer messages, such as requests to swap shoe sizes. You can test these in the online playground to see which group the model picks before building any software.
A developer can then wire the same questions into your app. They will need an account and a special access key from Beam to connect to the service. Keep in mind that customer messages must travel over the internet to Beam's remote computers for processing.
