What it does

It uses skills.sh to discover capabilities and reports why each suggested skill fits.

How you can use it

To write outreach emails with the Claude Code AI assistant, tell it that goal after a developer sets up this tool. The tool finds useful saved instructions for the job instead of making you remember them all. Your goal and project folder name are sent to an AI service. It suggests instructions but asks before installing anything.
