What it does

TypeSafe supplies the judgments in this demo.

How you can use it

A developer can run this example on a computer to play back fictional customer support calls. The software reveals the conversation one line at a time. It sends each new line to TypeSafe, an outside AI service. The app then updates a live scorecard to show the employee's performance.

Your developer needs an access key that connects the app to TypeSafe. The tool saves past scorecards to a local file. This example includes no login screens. It is meant for testing rather than a public website. Every playback sends the conversation text to the outside AI service.
