What it does

It honors Retry-After headers and limits the entire call to a 30-second budget.

How you can use it

Your developer connects your app to the TypeSafe service. The app sends a customer message and asks several questions together. TypeSafe checks if the person needs help fast. It estimates their frustration and picks a specific team from your list.

The service returns a score for every possible choice. Your developer writes instructions that read these scores. The app can send a billing question directly to the billing team. It waits for a person when the answer is uncertain.

Maker-reported (not independently measured by JevMade): honours Retry-After, and the whole call has a 30 s budget
