A developer can add this tool to your software to ask an online intelligence service multiple structured questions about a piece of text at once. For example, your app could inspect an incoming customer email to figure out which department should handle it, how urgent it is, and whether it asks for money back.
Your developer starts by setting up the code alongside a private access key provided by the service to connect your program. Because the service sends back numbers showing how confident it is rather than absolute yes-or-no answers, your team must decide how high those confidence scores need to be before triggering an automatic action.
