How you can use it

A programmer can add this tool to your website so it automatically sorts messages, such as directing incoming help requests to billing or tech support. To link your site to TypeSafe, your developer must enter a special digital access key created in your service account.

You can set rules so the system only acts on its own when it is sure of an answer. If its certainty score is too low, it passes the message to a person instead. You must update service prices yourself in the settings to track costs correctly.
