Start by writing out the specific questions you want answered about your incoming customer messages. List the teams that could handle them, and sketch an urgency scale. Then, give your developer an access key from TypeSafe AI so your application can connect to their service.
Your developer can use this code to send incoming messages to the service. The service returns probabilities, choices, and score levels for each question. It does not write customer replies, so your application must use those numbers to route the message or wait for a person.
