What it does

It honors Retry-After, retries timeouts, rate limits, and server errors, and caps the overall retry budget at 30 seconds.

How you can use it

Start by collecting a few sample support messages. Then write down the questions you want answered for each note. You might ask if the note covers billing, whether the writer seems angry, or how fast they need help. A developer can build these questions into a Rust program that sends the text and reads the answers.

Your developer will need an access key from TypeSafe to connect your software to the service. If the network drops or the server is busy, the tool automatically tries again for up to thirty seconds before stopping.

Maker-reported (not independently measured by JevMade): Default retries: 2 after the first attempt. Statuses 408, 429, and 5xx. Exponential backoff from 0.5s to 5s with 0.25 jitter. A 30s budget. Honor Retry-After and retry-after-ms
