A developer can use this code to sort incoming support messages. They give the app a list of teams, like billing or sales. When a customer sends a message, the app asks an outside AI service called TypeSafe to pick the right team. The developer must provide an access key from TypeSafe to connect the software.
The app can ask several questions together. For example, it can check if a message is urgent and rate the customer's frustration. The developer must provide a strict list of options for the AI to pick from. This list is limited to a maximum of 255 different choices.
