What you’ll find in the video

  1. List the next actions first: draft a reply, queue a bug, log a feature request or ask a person. Then write questions whose answers help choose those routes, and review the plan before running it.
  2. Give each email named fields, such as subject, body and customer plan. Write clear category criteria and include a none-of-these option rather than forcing every message into a poor match.
  3. Keep money-related and uncertain cases with a person. For messages sent to Claude, the example plans a separate check that a draft answers the question and does not promise a refund or discount.
Worth knowing

Selected Gemini audiovisual analysis and fetched untimed captions inform these notes, not a whole-video watch. This is a CSV example, not a verified connection to a live inbox or proof of email delivery. The TypeSafe skill supplies instructions; Claude writes the scripts that call Jev. The creator's speed and cost comparisons are not independent benchmarks. Confidence cutoffs and draft checks need testing on your own cases; they do not guarantee correct or safe replies. The source promotes the creator's academy and other services.
