An introduction to Jev and its unusual restriction: it can decide, but it can't write an answer.
To start, list the teams handling customer messages and write a clear sentence describing each job. A developer can then set up the TypeSafe tool using an access key from the service. When a message arrives, your system sends the text and lets the tool pick only from your exact list.
Because the service runs on external servers, customer messages are sent outside your app. Keep in mind that Jev never writes sentences, explanations, or summaries. It only picks an option from the choices you give it, so you still need ordinary software or standard AI tools if you want to write full replies.
