What it does
The published runs did not meet the population-and-survival challenge. The final 1,220 engine population includes jobs, not 1,220 housed residents.
Playable demos & bots

Start with the saved results and their report files to study how a city-building controller uses AI choices. The code prepares allowed options, asks for an action type, then asks for its exact location. This is a useful pattern for game agents with limited choices, but the menus also contain substantial strategy.
Read the saved questions and answers alongside each map before adapting the idea. Watching saved runs needs no new paid questions; a fresh run needs Node.js 22, TypeSafe and Hallucinating Splines access keys. Gameplay asks Jev to choose; each run’s connection check and the separate doctor command also ask a paid yes-or-no question. Cost and time settings stop later work, but cannot guarantee a hard spending or deadline limit.
