ThinkThen can help a small program ask whether a message requests a refund. Ask your developer to set an uncertain range between yes and no, then send doubtful answers to a person. The default setting always chooses yes or no, so it will not create that range for you.
New judgments send the question and text to your chosen service, usually TypeSafe. Saved answers can test the rest of your program without new calls, but cannot show how well it judges new messages.
