Of the markets tested, 9,138 resolved after Jev was released. Moon The Train reports that Jev lagged the market price on these too, even when given that price. The comparison is about this prediction-market setup and should not be read as a measure of general decision quality.
The outcome is not known when the scripts save the market price used for comparison. Jev gets the market question and rules, estimates the chance of a Yes outcome, and is compared with that earlier price. This is a way to test forecasting claims, not advice to trade.
