Celeris-1 Decision

What it does

Celeris calls it a diffusion language model. Code written for Jev's SDK can switch to it by changing the base URL, key and model name, and it also speaks OpenAI's Decisions format. There are no open weights or fine-tuning in this release. Asking for reasons slows the reply but costs nothing extra, since output is free.

How you can use it

It fits checks someone may later need to audit, such as whether a receipt photo matches an expense claim. Ask for the short reason only where a person will read it, because it slows each answer. Celeris says a probability is not a guarantee, so set your own cut-off and send close calls to a person.
