Its documentation describes EU-hosted options and the migration path. A shared request format does not establish full compatibility or identical answers. Throughput figures come from the provider, not independent benchmarks. The serving-code license is planned; it is not an already published license.
Consult the chosen model's card, then follow the migration guide using this provider's key. Check both the returned fields and the answers against cases you know. A familiar request format can make moving easier without making different models equally accurate or interchangeable.
