Docker Agent pauses before running a tool to check the action. It sends the tool name, category, and input to an outside AI service. The service returns a choice and a probability score. The agent uses this answer to decide if it needs a person's approval first.
A developer can adapt this method for a custom app. They can write code that intercepts a pending task. The app can ask a service if the task is risky. If the answer is uncertain, the app can wait for a person before it continues.
