What it does

A CLI exposes the same tools, and every call posts state and typed questions to the System One endpoint and returns the typed answers.

How you can use it

For a change to your app, ask your coding assistant whether the new code matches its description. A developer can add this tool to help check that question. The code and description go to an outside AI service. Use its answer to guide review, not as proof that the change is correct.
