What it does
The client checks answer structure and numbers, not truth. Local rule scores measure support for an outcome, not its chance of being correct. Input goes to OpenRouter by default.

Inspect the worked support-ticket example in the rules guide: Jev answers questions and local rules combine them to decide whether to alert someone. Rule structure can be checked without a live request. A live ticket goes to OpenRouter by default; use shareable text and do not mistake the local support score for correctness.
