HookMeter

What it does

Scores social posts for hook strength and lets creators compare rewrites inside a Chrome extension.

How you can use it

Write a few practice social media posts that you want to test. Have a developer put the project's helper program on the web. They will add an access key from TypeSafe so the tool can evaluate text, then connect the browser extension to that web address.

Once you install the extension, it checks your opening sentences while you type into social media sites. Because your writing travels over the internet to an external evaluation service, never type confidential drafts or private personal details into the tool.
