How you can use it

Start by collecting sample work emails or messages and listing the phrases you dislike, such as empty buzzwords or disguised annoyance. Decide which phrases should trigger a light warning and which ones should count as severe errors. This gives your project clear criteria before writing any software.

A developer can adapt the open-source code to inspect draft messages against your rules. The system counts structure and flagged phrases, then contacts TypeSafe using an access key—a digital code that links software to an external service—to estimate tone. Remember that drafts are sent to an outside service and inputs cannot exceed 4,000 characters.
