You can adapt this guidance into your app to sort incoming customer requests. Have a developer write regular program code to handle math, calendar dates, and list counting, while letting Jev make direct common-sense judgments, such as checking whether a message asks for a refund.
Keep instructions literal and filter out unrelated details before sending data to the model. Be aware that Jev cannot write long responses or reliably do arithmetic, so you must use standard programming logic rather than the AI to add up counts or compare dates.
