How you can use it
Start by listing your form questions and the teams that should receive them. Write down each team's job in plain words. Your developer can then add these rules into the project so the system knows where each answer belongs.
When someone fills out a form, an AI service from TypeSafe picks the right team. If that service is less than 95 percent certain, a second service from OpenAI steps in to help. Your developer must provide connection accounts for both services to make live choices.
