How you can use it
To review customer service notes or code changes, start by writing down clear evaluation questions. You can ask for a yes-or-no answer, choose between specific descriptions such as warm or curt, or request a rating on a scale from poor to excellent.
A developer can install the tool and set up an access key from TypeSafe AI. Remember that this tool only scores and classifies shared text; it cannot write replies for you, and it sends your text to an outside service for evaluation.
