How you can use it
Before writing any software, sort through your records and draft the exact decisions you need. For example, you can write a yes-or-no question about customer refunds, list support teams with brief role descriptions, or rank how quickly messages need attention.
A developer can then connect these tools to your company data storage. When you search or organize your saved messages, the system sends text to an online provider like TypeSafe. Be aware that this shares your records over the internet and requires an account access key.
