What it does

Routes each agent turn’s effort, tools, skill, and model tier from one bounded Jev request behind a hard deadline.

How you can use it

A chat application uses this to decide how a bot handles each message. The app figures out the difficulty and computing effort itself. It then asks an outside AI service to choose the right skills and tools.

If the service takes too long, the app uses its own built-in rules instead. It lets the late answer finish quietly in the background. This keeps the connection open and prevents delays for future messages.
