What it does

jev-lab collects TypeScript experiments on Jev's behavior, accuracy, and response latency.

How you can use it

Before touching any code, write a few sample customer messages with known answers. Decide which questions to ask about each message, such as finding the best department, checking urgency, or scoring frustration. A developer can then adapt this project's code to run those questions through the online service.

Your developer will need an access key that connects the software to TypeSafe. The tool tests timing, not whether the answers are correct. Avoid testing with real customer information, because this setup sends the text to an outside service and has no built-in privacy protection.
