What it does

The tool sends each entire selected file to the AI service to be judged independently, meaning it cannot understand context across multiple files or point to specific line numbers.

How you can use it

You can use this tool to check your code against custom rules written in everyday language. You set up a configuration file to choose which code files and rule documents to review, and provide an API key to connect to the service.

Write one clear rule per text file describing what the code should not do. The tool asks the AI if each file breaks the rule and flags a warning if the AI is highly confident it found a match, though it cannot point to specific lines.
