How you can use it
First, list the teams in your company, such as billing or customer support. You can have a developer run the project's sample ticket tools to read customer messages. The software checks each message and picks the right team, or it waits for a person if it is unsure.
Your developer will need to set up a private access key from TypeSafe to let the tools talk to that service. The automated choices are never guaranteed to be right. Because customer messages go to an outside system, avoid sending private or sensitive records.
