Jev-Mem: System-One-Controlled Agentic Memory

An agentic memory system where Jev makes the frequent memory decisions — what to store, how to type and connect it, how retrieval routes — and an LLM writes the answer.

What it does

Python owns every weight, threshold and traversal limit. A paper accompanies the harness, with public-release checks in the repository so the reported numbers can be reproduced.

How you can use it

A developer can adapt this memory system for a long-running chat assistant. It recalls past conversations by connecting details about what happened, when, why, and to whom. They can adjust how the software links these memories and limits searches.

The provided code organizes stored facts but does not write the responses itself. It needs a service key to connect the application to an outside artificial intelligence. This external text generator reads the gathered evidence and writes the final answers.
