How you can use it
Sketch out how your customer tickets should move between teams like billing or tech support. You can test your chart immediately using sample tickets right in your web browser. When you want the app to sort real customer messages, a developer can set it up on a server with an access key from TypeSafe.
This demo currently asks two preset questions about which team handles the message and how hard it is to solve. It only follows simple yes-or-no branches or team picks, so it cannot run complicated flowchart shapes yet.
