What it does

Jev points to promising lines or table rows, but the app copies the exact source text and surrounding context for a researcher to confirm. Scanned PDFs need OCR elsewhere.

How you can use it

Start by collecting your trial reports and writing down your review questions in a spreadsheet, such as participant ages or sample sizes. You can then use the hosted tool in your browser to match your questions against files like PDFs, Word documents, or spreadsheets.

A developer can adapt this idea to pull exact quotes from documents by asking the model to select line numbers instead of writing text. Because the model only chooses matching lines, you must still review each highlighted quote yourself, and scanned image files need separate text conversion.
