Uncertain rows say UNSURE instead of guessing, identical questions are cached for six hours so recalculation does not re-bill, and whole columns fill in parallel batches.

How you can use it
Give the spreadsheet a list of customer messages and ask it to pick a team. The choices can include billing, technical, or sales. You can set a strict limit for uncertainty. This marks unsure messages so a person can check them by hand.
You can start by inserting the example sheet to see working formulas. You must supply an access key generated by TypeSafe. This connects the spreadsheet to its outside AI service. One formula can read up to a thousand cells at once.
