Your developer can use this code to help an app choose the right tool for a job. You might give the app a task like formatting an article. It reads the descriptions of its available tools. It then asks TypeSafe, an outside AI service, to pick the best match. The service can also honestly report when nothing fits.
A developer can copy how this Python code reads local files before sending options to the AI. They must provide an access key that connects the app to TypeSafe. This code only recommends a helpful option. It never runs the chosen tool on its own.
