Jev + Claude strategist for Slay the Spire 2

What it does

It adds enforced plans and cross-run memory to Jev the Spire. Reported wins come from a small, uncontrolled Ironclad sample; running it requires the game, a TypeSafe key and Claude Code.

Maker-reported (not independently measured by JevMade): Maker reports three wins in 26 finished strategist runs; the comparison is not a controlled win-rate measurement.
