JEV Tetris

A Tetris the model plays by reading. Every possible landing is described in a sentence, Jev picks one, and the board glows with the probabilities before the piece drops.

What it does

Blocks stay dimmed by the confidence when they were placed, so the stack doubles as a record of the model's uncertainty. Spend is capped at 1,500 calls or a dollar.

How you can use it

For an AI player, have your game describe the allowed moves in words. In Tetris, a move might say it clears a line. AI reads these sentences and picks a move. Test a simple program that looks for words in those same sentences, too. The maker found that this program beat the AI at Tetris.
