What it does

Dry-run still makes hosted calls, but does not change notes. Offline mode sends nothing. Redaction is best-effort, and applying a plan marks junk rather than deleting it.

How you can use it

Start with the sample notes in offline mode, which sends nothing. A developer can adapt the sorting categories and leave doubtful cases for review. Check the request plan before connecting to Jev. Dry-run leaves notes unchanged but still sends text outside your machine; automatic removal of sensitive details can miss things.
