How you can use it
You can use this tool to automatically sort customer support messages. Your app reads a complaint, like a double charge, and assigns it to a specific department. The tool does not write a new answer. It simply picks the best fit from a strict list of choices you provide.
A developer can add this sorting feature using the provided triage example. The software only runs directly on newer Apple Mac computers. It downloads a few gigabytes of data the first time it starts. Your list of available choices must be completely separate, so the tool avoids overlapping ideas.
