How you can use it
For your customer inbox, ask a developer to adapt the example that picks a team for each message. Choose your team names and explain what belongs with each one. The example sends doubtful choices to a person for checking. It also includes saved sample answers, so the developer can try your sorting rules without contacting the AI service. Use those samples to test what your app does, not how accurate the AI is.
