Study the support example to ask two questions together: which team should help, and is the request urgent? You supply the message and possible answers. The tool prints the results; a developer would write the code that uses them to route a message or ask a person.
Fresh answers need a paid connection to TypeSafe's outside AI service. The compiled version was tested by its maker only on Intel Macs. This project has no licence, so obtain permission before copying its code.
