What it does

Model calls use outside AI services, while orders, customer records, refunds, reships and emails are simulated. Claims below $50 can trigger a mock refund without review; the workflow checks are examples, not proven security boundaries.

How you can use it

For a support app, ask a developer to study the missing-package example. Jev classifies the message, and code chooses a later step or asks for review. Try it with invented orders first. The example's refunds and emails are simulated; connecting it to real customer systems needs separate permission checks.
