A developer can look at the ticket triage code to sort incoming messages. They give the app a support ticket. It asks TypeSafe, an outside AI service, several questions together about the problem. The code then decides whether to reply automatically or wait for a person when the answer is uncertain.
You can open the local app to test fake results without an account. Real decisions require an access key that connects the software to TypeSafe. If you want the app to write a reply, you also need a separate access key for Claude or Kimi.
