The beta plugin sends questions together through TypeSafe or OpenRouter and can cache responses. Its sample quality-check route sends uncertain choices to a more thorough branch, but the processes only print messages rather than run real checks.
How you can use it
If your team uses Nextflow to process research samples, ask a developer to study this example. Jev reads a sample’s description and chooses a light or thorough check. Uncertain answers get the thorough check. The example only prints messages; your developer must add the real checks.
Start with made-up sample descriptions before sending research data to TypeSafe or OpenRouter. Test choices against labelled samples. Keep a fixed plugin version: the tool is still in early testing and may change. If you save responses for reuse, fix the model version too; a saved answer is not proof of correctness.
